Due to the lack of transportation space from the reduced number of flights and Russia's invasion of Ukraine, it will take a considerable amount of time to be installed on an aircraft for the countries involved in this delay.

If you are in one of the countries suspended from Airmail and Express Mail Service (SMS) from Japan,  you can choose the Surface Mail (ship) which is still available. If you choose the Surface Mail, please go ahead and continue the purchase including the shipping fee. The shipping fee will not be accurate since only the Airmail fee is in the system. After the purchase, we will contact each individual from those suspended countries and refund you the partial amount of fee depending on the confirmed Surface Mail price.
