Our apparel brand "ESOTERIC KOU" represents functionality and clothings that can be worn in most outdoor activities, sports, fitness, and all seasons. Being a zen monk and a fitness lover myself, we started this brand to spread the strong relationship between Esoteric Buddhism and fitness. With a healthy body, we can achieve a healthy mind, vice versa. It means that the body and mind are one. It is a very simple Buddhist teaching, but it can be challenging to work on and stay consistent on a daily basis. However, we believe that this consistency leads to the well being of both body and mind.
